Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack with Care
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our boutique facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
